Acorns invite you to submit a piece of art that will be showcased throughout the 16 Days of Activism against gender based violence. We hope this will help raise awareness of our vital support services and the importance of giving families a voice.

What sort of art can I share? Anything creative - drawing, painting, model, poem, collage! There is no theme or topic so follow your own inspiration.

You can create your piece of art and home and bring it in, or you can come to our drop-in art making session at Alma Place on Tuesday 27th October from 10:30am until 2:30pm where a selection of materials will be available for you to use.

What will happen to my art? Your art will be displayed at North Tyneside Council offices and then it will be returned to Acorns. You can choose to take it home or have it displayed at Acorns.

Deadline for submission is Friday 13th November

Please make sure that any art you wish to submit for the exhibition is dropped off at Acorns in time.
